you will need to have an appropriate plug-in for viewing these VRML pages. you might already have one. Try to load the file (You may need to 'save as' and then drag it into an open browser window). there are a couple of options for plug-ins. Get one (they both seems to work well) and then click a link above.

Choose a plug-in.... Cortona, and Cosmo.

You will need a computer capable of at least a few hundred Mhz for it to run smoothly and the faster the better. The wrl viewers take a bit of practice to learn to operate so have patience. With time it can be fun touring the terrain either along the ground or flying at whatever altitude you like. Enjoy.

Is your backround scene just all snowy white?
If the scene comes up but stays just a white snowy terrain then the wrl file is running ok but it can't find the background jpg file. it may take a few seconds to a minute to (automatically) download the background file. let me know if that happens.
